基督徒群体身份认同冲突研究——以北京市BG家庭教会为例

A Study on Identity Conflicts in Christians——Based on the BG Family Church in Beijing

对北京市BG家庭教会进行的田野研究发现,基督徒世俗身份和宗教身份之间存在紧张与冲突。探讨基督徒面对不同身份,如何重构身份认同的社会心理过程发现,个体层面的认同努力即信徒个体的读经和祷告等灵修活动,以及组织层面的教会和团契生活,是基督徒身份张力得以纾解的主要方式。经历了"冲突—再构—和解"事件流的基督徒,暂时性地实现了多重身份的和解。

According to a field study of the BG Family Church in Beijing,this paper presented the tensions and conflicts between secular identity and religious identity in Christians. It further discussed the social psychological process,in which the Christians with multiple identities made a series of identity effort to relieve the tension from identity conflicts. The study found that the believers' spiritual activities such as reading and prayer,as well as fellowship life at the organizational level,helped them cope with the identity tension. After experiencing the flow of events of 'conflict-reconstruction-reconciliation ', the Christians temporarily realized the reconciliation of multiple identities.
