摘要
锚杆支护是煤矿巷道等地下工程的主要支护形式。托板是锚杆支护系统中的主要部件之一,托板结构参数的合理性直接决定锚杆支护的效果。采用Winkler弹性地基理论和ANSYS进行理论分析与数值模拟,研究锚杆托板结构的受力特征、应力与变形分布等随托板结构形状的变化规律,对于确保锚杆支护巷道的安全可靠,具有重要的理论意义和使用价值。
Anchor bolt is the main form of support in underground works such as coal mine tunnel. Pallet is one of the main components in bolting support system, reasonableness of pallet structural parameters direct?ly determine the effect of the bolting support. In this paper, study force characteristics of the structure of the pallet anchor, such as stress and deformation distribution pallet structure with changes in the shape of the law by theoretical analysis and numerical simulation, it has important theory meaning and practical value for popu?larize anchoring support way.
