摘要
卓越人力资源管理人才是卓越人才结构中独特而又非常重要的类型。把人力资源管理、卓越人才、人才培养等理论与系统管理理论相结合对卓越人力资源管理人才的理论内涵、培养模式改革以及地方应用型本科院校卓越人力资源管理人才培养等进行分析可以发现:地方应用型本科院校卓越人力资源管理人才培养在培养目标、专业课程设置、实践教学、师资队伍建设还存在一些问题。针对上述问题,从合理化课程体系,完善实践教学体系;构建特色的实习实训平台,创新实习实训模式;加强师资队伍建设,推进教学方法改革;建立科学的考核评价机制,激发学生的学习积极性与学习潜能等四个方面改进卓越人力资源管理人才培养的模式。
Excellent talents of human resource management is a unique and important type in excellent talent structure. Human resources management, excellent talent, talent training and system management theo?ry were introduced into research on excellent talents training mechanism for human resource management, theory connotation and training mode reform of excellent talents for human resources management and excel?lent talents training for human resources management in local application-oriented college and university were analyzed. The study found that there were some problems needs to be solved in the training objectives, the curriculum system setting, practice teaching, teacher troops building in which local application-orient?ed college and university trained excellent talents for human resources management. To counter the problems above, the measures to improve excellent talents training for human resources management were put for?ward from four respects finally.
