Qu Qiubai, the early leader of communist party in China, not only had the high morals for dedi-cating to revolution, but also had the deep love for his wife. In the letters for his wife, Yang Zhihua, he pre-ferred greetings such as'dear, my beloved, my adorable and the warm words like kissing you a million times,which moved readers deeply. In the letters, his love for his wife was deep, sweet, considerate, and mutual un-derstanding. All of these warm emotions symbolize the beautiful virtues of humanities, and his gentle andfrank image can be compared with the wife-loving complex held by Mao Zedong and Marx, which can give in-sight to the love, marriage, family of current society.
