构建“一带一路”国家体育赛事交流机制的理论探究

Theoretical Exploration on Construction of the “One Belt One Road” National Sports Event Communication Mechanism

为促进'一带一路'建设的稳步发展,推进民心相通基础工程的全面实施,加强'一带一路'国家的体育交流,提升相关国家竞技体育水平与体育赛事发展水平,提出构建'一带一路'国家体育赛事交流机制的设想,旨在通过体育打造新的人文交流平台,建设新的增进'一带一路'国家人民相互了解的新窗口。主要以文献资料法、数理统计法及逻辑分析法为研究方法,以与中国签署'一带一路'相关文件的共计122个国家为研究对象,通过分析'一带一路'建设对体育交流的重要作用和意义、'一带一路'国家的竞技体育发展水平和在国际体育赛事中的竞赛成绩,提出构建'一带一路'国家体育赛事交流机制的实践路径、制约因素与对策。研究发现'一带一路'国家竞技体育发展总体水平不高,且两极分化较为严重,除中国、俄罗斯、韩国等少数国家的竞技体育水平较高外,大部分国家的竞技体育水平偏低;大多数'一带一路'国家为发展中国家,竞技体育发展边缘化明显,'一带一路'国家遍布全球五大洲,体育赛事发展较为缓慢,但发展前景广阔。因此,在构建'一带一路'国家体育赛事交流机制的过程中,要总体构建'一带一路'国家体育赛事交流机制和基本框架;借鉴先例,学习先进经验;融入民心相通系统工程,与其他人文交流平台合力发展。

In order to promote the steady development of the'One Belt One Road'construction and promote the comprehensive implementation of the basic project of popular support,strengthen the sports exchanges between the'One Belt One Road'countries,and enhance the competitive sports level of the relevant countries and the development level of sports events,this study proposed the idea of constructing the'One Belt One Road'national sports event communication mechanism.It aimed at building a new platform for cultural exchange through sports,and building a new window to enhance mutual understanding between the people of the'One Belt One Road'country.This paper takes literature,mathematical statistics and logical analysis as the research methods,with a total of 122 countries signed the'One Belt One Road'related documents with China as the research object.By analyzing the important role and significance of the'One Belt One Road'construction in sports exchanges,the competitive sports development level of the'One Belt One Road'countries and the competition results in international sports competitions,this paper put forward the practical path,restrictive factors and Countermeasures for constructing the'One Belt One Road'national sports event communication mechanism.The study found that the overall level of competitive sports development in the'One Belt One Road'countries is not high,and the polarization is more serious.Except for a few countries such as China,Russia and South Korea,the level of competitive sports in most countries is low.Most of the'One Belt One Road'countries are developing countries,and the development of competitive sports is obviously marginalized.The'One Belt One Road'countries cover five continents all over the world,and sports events are developing slowly,but the development prospects are broad.Therefore,in the process of constructing the'One Belt One Road'national sports event communication mechanism,we should build the'One Belt One Road'national sports event communication mechanism and the basic framework;learn from precedents,learn from advanced experience;integrate into the project of connecting people’s hearts and minds,and work together with other human exchange platforms to develop.
