Thoughts on establishing evaluation system for editorial committee

结合本刊编委情况就编委会制度构建进行阐述,包括制订编委考核原因和考核内容、编委会顶层结构考核、编委奖惩措施、发展编委会储备人才等方面,认为全面推行编委会制度构建对于期刊的发展势在必行。

Based on the construction of evaluation system for Chinese Journal of Burns,we discussed a series of issues on the system of journals members,such as formulating assessment table of member of editorial committee and analyzing reason,establishing assessment of member of the standing committee of journal,establishing rewards and punishment system,discovering the talents for next editorial committee.We think it is necessary to establish evaluation system of member of editorial committee for better development of journal.
