摘要
建设高质量科技期刊是加快科技创新、落实科技强国战略的重要任务。本文围绕科技期刊组稿模式这一重点环节,在梳理分析当前科技期刊组稿主要环节存在问题基础上,从加强策划、拓展稿源、优化审稿、增加期刊服务等方面提出相应的优化建议。
The construction of high quality scientific journals is an important task to accelerate sci-tech innovation and implement the strategy of being a Powerful Nation of Science and Technology.This paper focuses on the key link of the mode of soliciting contributions for scientific journals.Based on the analysis of the existing problems in the main link of soliciting contributions for scientific journals,we put forward suggestions from the aspects of strengthening planning,expanding contribution sources,optimizing manuscript review,and increasing periodical services.
