An Analysis of Cost Functions in Posts and Telecommunications for the Period of 1951—1982

本文给出成本函数的概念及定义。成本函数同样可适用于邮电部门,既可在邮电基本建设上用于投资决策,也可在生产经营上用来分析经济效益。本文以1951～1982年建国卅多年来邮电部门的业务总量、业务收入和业务支出的统计数据来探求邮电成本函数,分别求得在此期间邮电成本函数的回归方程,并绘制了成本线及成本曲线,从而分析邮电成本函数在应用时要注意的特点。

In this article an overview and definition of cost function are given. Cost function can also be applied in the services of posts and telecommunications for making decision of investment,as well as for analysing the economic effect.On the statistics of total product,revenue and production expenses concerned for 32 years after liberation in China are found the regresion formulae of cost function,and then are drawn the cost lines and cost curves.At the same time the features for applying cost function in posts and telecommunications are explained.
