摘要
借鉴系统论与协同论观点建立优化技术成就指数复合系统扩展模型,对我国城市创新能力进行系统分析。通过指标相关性检验及系统协同度解析,厘清不同时段复合系统协同度重点影响因素及其相互依赖程度,以期为优化双创环境、提高资源配置效率和测评精度提供依据。结果显示:测评指标Pearson检验结果良好,各序变量均具有统计显著性;各子系统有序度彼此之间相差不大,创新协同演化呈现螺旋上升趋势;复合系统协同度仍然处于中下等,低于各子系统有序度;复合协同度受技术创造和旧技术扩散影响较大,表明复合系统与各子系统存在强依赖性。进一步地,进行指标相关性检验和复合系统协同度剖析,以期为宏观调控者提供政策启示。
An extended model of optimized technology achievement index composite system is established by using system theory and synergetics to systematically analyze China’s urban innovation ability.Through the correlation test of indicators and the analysis of system coordination,it is aimed to clarify the key influencing factors and interdependence degree of composite system coordination degree in different time periods.It provides reference for optimizing the entrepreneurship and innovation environment,improving resource allocation efficiency and measuring accuracy.The results show that the Pearson test results of the evaluation indicators are good,and the sequence variables are statistically significant.The order degree of each subsystem is not much different from each other,and the synergistic evolution of innovation shows a spiral upward trend.The coordination degree of the composite system is still in the middle and lower level,which is lower than the order degree of each subsystem.The composite synergy is greatly affected by the technological transformation and the diffusion of old technology,reflecting the strong interdependence of composite systems and subsystems.Through the indicator correlation test and the analysis of the coordination degree of the composite system,it is expected to provide policy inspiration for the macro-controllers.
