摘要
酶联免疫吸附试验是70年代初提出的一项免疫血清学试验。它是一种敏感、快速、简便、应用范围广泛、不需要特殊设备、易于掌握的新技术;继续加以改进及推广试用,看来很有发展前途。本文重点综述这方法的因素及条件,以供从事该项工作者参考。
The enzyme linked immunosorbent assay, ELISA, is a new immuno-serological technique, developed in the early seventies. It was found to be a sensitive, rapid, simple, widely usable method, easy to perform, and requiring no special equipments. Through further improvements and trials, it seems to have a good future prospect. This review chiefly describes the factors and conditions of this method, to serve as a reference to those who perform the practical assay.
