Khadga Prasad Sharma Oli (center), Prime Minister of Nepal, attends a ceremony on April 16, celebrating the completion of the main part of the 12.2-km tunnel of the Bheri Babai Diversion Multipurpose Project. It has been completed almost a year ahead of schedule.Located in west Nepal, the project was designed and is being constructed by China Overseas Engineering Group Co. Ltd.
