Innovating Consciousness Creating Speculation Skill of Starting a Career ——On the New Concept of RTVU Education

加强电大学生的创业教育 ,培养勇于开拓、锐意创新、勤于创造、善于创业的跨世纪人才 ,是电大教育改革与发展的必然趋势。文章分别从电大学生的创新意识、创造思维和创业技能三个层面阐述了创业教育的意义、方法及途径 。

It is necessary for the students of RTVU to strengthen the education to form the ability of exploit,innovation and creation,so as to cultivate the talents for the new century.Also it the tendency of the RTVU's innovation in the future.The thesis gives a survey on the three aspects of innovating consciousness,creating speculation and the skill of starting a career.The denotation and operational methods of how to reach it are proposed.
