电大教师队伍建设的思考与实践

Reflection and Practice in Developing RTVU's Teaching Group

教师队伍是现代远程教育的发展之基、竞争之本、提高之源。通过分析全省电大教师队伍的现状 ,提出教师队伍建设的总体目标和数量结构、职称结构、学历结构、技术结构、骨干教师队伍以及提高教师服务意识、学历层次。

In developing modern distance education, teachers are the base of growing, the foundation of competition, and the source of improvement. By analyzing the condition of RTVU's teachers in Jiangsu province, this paper puts forward the general goals of developing teaching group and four structures in the project: quantity of teachers, professional titles, educational background and technology, and proposes some measures to improve teachers' professional quality as well.
