现代信息技术是构建现代远程开放教育体系的必要条件。我省广播电视大学 2 0年来在系统性、开放性、多样化、现代化建设方面形成了鲜明的特色 ,并通过加强硬件建设、软件开发和潜件构成 ,努力夯实电大信息化建设的基础 ,拓展内涵 ,加快步伐 。

Modern information technology is indispensable to the construction of modern distance open education system. In the past 20 years, Jiangsu Radio & TV University has formed some unique features in systematization, openness, diversifying and modernization construction. And it also has tried its best to strengthen the foundation of construction by fortify the construction of hardware, the development of software and the formation of latent ware to widen the connotation and quicken the steps to making effort in the construction of modern distance open education system in Jiangsu Province.
