以终身教育的国际性、时代性、变革性、政治性为经纬 ,分析其持续发展观与科学性、整合与创新、理想与实践、政治性与全民性的辩证关系 ,从而简明论述了 2 0世纪终身教育思潮与运动的兴起、发展、基本主张、实践领域、科学依据。

Taking an international, current, changing and political point of view, this article analyses the dialectical relationship between the idea of sustained development and scientific education, conformity and novelty, ideal and practice, political education and civil education. It briefly discusses the rise of the trends of thought and the movement of life long education in the 20th century, its development, basic views, practice areas, scientific basis, technical support and implementation ways.
