摘要
通过刑法防止、遏制国有资产流失刻不容缓。为适应保障国有资产的迫切需求 ,1997年刑法增添了保护国有资产的诸多规定。总体说来 ,刑法规定的国有资产流失犯罪 ,其调控范围基本允当 ,调控力度不十分恰切 。
It is imminent to prevent state capital seeping through.In order to guarantee the urgent need of state capital,a lot of regulations are added in 1997 criminal law.In general,the adjustscope is basically suitable and the adjust-power should be perfected in future.
