本文指出 ,“东突厥斯坦”是殖民主义者为了分裂、肢解中国而提出的政治概念 ,它既不是民族体概念 ,也不是民族学概念 ,与历史上存在过的突厥族和东突厥完全是两个概念。历史上 ,中央王朝对新疆地区的管辖从未完全停止过。新疆的历史是由诸多民族和当代民族共同创造的。所谓“东突厥斯坦”理论 ,违背了中国各族人民特别是新疆各族人民的根本利益 ,其目的就是为了建立政教合一的伊斯兰国家 ,将新疆从中国分裂出去。

This article pointed out that'East-Tujuestan' is a politics concept brought forward by old colonialism in order to divide China. It is neither a concept of the nationality system nor a concept of the nationality study. It differs absolutely from the concept of Tujue nationality and Eaxt-Tujue. The rule of thecentral dynasty to XinJiang area never stop. The history of XinJiang is created by a good many histories and the present nationality. What is called the theory of 'East-Tujuestan' is the breach of essential benefit of Chinese nationalities, especially XinJiang nationalities. Its aim is to build up a Islamic nation so-called polity and religion together to make Xinjiang divided from China.
