摘要
结合中国具体国情 ,对债转股的基本含义及运作进行了深入的分析 ,并讨论了债转股对商业银行和国有企业的影响 ,指出了其中存在的问题和潜在的风险 ,提出了值得借鉴的建议和方法。
On the basis of fully understanding the current financial theories, combining with the concrete situation of China, the author deeply analysed the operation of debt to equity ,discussed the effects of debt to equity on commercial banks and state-owned enterprises, and pointed out the problems and potential risks. At last, the author put forward some valuable suggestions and measures.
