早产儿动脉导管未闭管理中的困惑与思考 被引量：13

摘要 动脉导管未闭（patentductusarteriosus，PDA）是早产儿中常见的临床问题，严重者可对早产儿循环产生不利影响，诱发充血性心力衰竭、支气管肺发育不良（bronchopulmonarydysplasia，BPD）、脑室内出血（intraventricularhemorrhage，IVH）和新生儿坏死性小肠结肠炎（necrotizingenterocolitis，NEC），对存活和预后影响较大。出生胎龄越低，
