中文护理核心期刊中个体和焦点组访谈研究的报告学质量比较研究

A comparison of reporting quality: qualitative researches about interview and focus groups published in Chinese core journals

目的对发表在中文护理核心期刊上的个体和焦点组访谈研究的报告学质量进行比较研究。方法计算机检索《中华护理杂志》、《中国实用护理杂志》和《护士进修杂志》中应用个体和焦点组访谈研究的文献,采用COREQ清单对纳入文献进行报告学质量评价。结果检索得到573篇文献,符合个体和焦点组访谈研究纳入和排除标准的文献共210篇。《中华护理杂志》、《中国实用护理杂志》和《护士进修杂志》中的个体和焦点组访谈研究涉及的研究领域差异不具有统计学意义（χ^2=22.192,P=0.224）,而在研究者特征、参与者和场所选择、资料收集与分析以及结果报告的质量方面存在统计学差异。这些差异具体体现在＂学历/学位＂（χ^2=11.372,P=0.003）、＂抽样＂（χ^2=17.273,P=0.000）、＂拒绝参加或中途脱落＂（χ^2=22.617,P=0.000）等14个条目的报告学质量比较结果上。结论建库至2014年12月,发表在《中华护理杂志》、《中国实用护理杂志》、《护士进修杂志》上的个体和焦点组访谈研究数量呈现逐年增长趋势,且文献涉及的护理领域广泛,但报告学质量尚存在不同程度的差异和不足。

Objective To compare the reporting quality of qualitative researches about interview and focus groups which were published in Chinese nursing core journals. Methods All literatures related qualitative researches about interview and focus groups in three journals,such as Chinese journal of nursing,Chinese journal of practical nursing and journal of nurses training,was searched by computer. The reporting quality was assessed according to the COREQ list respectively. Results The systematic literature search yielded 573 publications potentially relevant studies. A total of 210 literatures met the qualitative researches about interview and focus groups inclusion criteria were identified. The research fields among the qualitative researches about interview and focus groups,which were published in the Chinese nursing core journals,were no significant differences（ χ^2= 22. 192,P = 0. 224）. However,the differences in the reporting quality of these studies,such as the features of researchers,participant and setting selection,data collection and analysis,and result reporting were significant. And these differences are embodied in 14 items,such as ＂Credentials＂（ χ^2= 11. 372,P = 0. 003）,＂Sampling＂（ χ^2= 17. 273,P = 0. 000）,＂Non-participation＂（ χ^2= 22. 617,P = 0. 000）. Conclusion From the inception till Dec.2014,the qualitative researches about the interview and focus groups,which was published in the Chinese nursing core journals,involved a wide range of nursing fields. Nevertheless,there are some flaws in the reporting quality.
