摘要
古汉语中"妻子为戮"这样的"为V"确实是被动句式。但其中"为"并非相当于"见"的被动助词,亦非介词,而是"实施"义的动词。"为V"是动宾短语,表示"(被)实施V这个行为、行动",是一种意念被动。"为V"式被动句并非"为NV"式被动句省略施动者N所形成,两者之间无渊源关系。
The phrase "Wei(为) V" like "Qi Zi Wei Lu(妻子为戮)" in ancient Chinese is no doubt a passive-voice. But the word Wei(为) is neither an auxiliary word to mark the passive vioce, nor a preposition to introduce the agent, but a verb which has the meaning of carrying into execution. "Wei(为) V" is a verb-object phrase composing an unmarked passive-voice sentence, meaning that the action of "V" is carried into execution.
