摘要
本文基于两家本土代工企业的探索性研究表明,代工企业需要持之以恒地进行创新投入,并通过合作研发、"先模仿后赶超"以及创业学习等战略创业行为规避资金、人才短缺的瓶颈,推动技术创新能力突破。企业家创新理念与机会感知能力是代工企业实施上述战略创业行为的内在驱动力。鼓励创新、务实执着的企业文化强化,调节了代工企业战略创业行为与技术创新能力突破之间的关系。
For OEMs, the breakthrough process of technological innovation ability is still an unopened black box. Based on two local OEMs, the exploratory study shows that the OEMs can realize the breakthrough of technological innovation ability through implementing some strategic entrepreneurial behaviors, such as long-term innovation investment, cooperative R&D and so on. The entrepreneurs' in- novative conception and opportunity perception ability are the driving forces of strategic entrepreneurship, while the encouraging innova- tion and "down-to-earth" company cuXture, can positively moderate the relationship between OEMs' strategic entrepreneurial behavior and the breakthrough of technological innovation ability.
