复方金钱草颗粒的指纹图谱

HPLC Fingerprint of Fufang Jinqiancao Granules

目的：建立复方金钱草颗粒HPLC指纹图谱,科学评价并有效控制其颗粒剂的质量,保证其生产的稳定性。方法：采用ODS-BP色谱柱,流动相乙腈（A）-0.2%磷酸梯度洗脱,流速1.0 m L·min^-1,进样量20μL,检测波长350 nm,柱温20℃。采用国家药典委员会＂中药色谱指纹图谱相似度评价系统软件＂（2012.130723版）对10批复方金钱草颗粒制剂进行相似度评价,并对处方中4味药材进行相关性分析。结果：以芒果苷为参照峰,初步建立复方金钱草颗粒HPLC指纹图谱,10批制剂的HPLC指纹图谱相似度在0.961~0.997,标示出20个共有色谱峰,其中19个归属到各药材。结论：建立的方法分离效果好,灵敏、准确、简单,可作为复方金钱草颗粒质量评价的方法。

Objective： To establish the fingerprint of Fufang Jinqiancao granules for evaluating scientifically,controlling the quality and ensuring its production stability. Method： The RP-HPLC was performed on an ODS-BP column with acetonitrile-0. 2% phosphoric acid solution as mobile phase,the flow rate was1 m L·min^-1,injection volume was 20 μL,the wavelength was set at 350 nm. The temperature of column was maintained at 20 ℃. Fingerprint Similarity Evaluation Software（ edition 2012. 130723） of Chinese Pharmacopoeia Commission was used to evaluate the similarity of the 10 batches of Fufang Jinqiancao granules,and to analyze the correlations of 4 ingredients in Fufang Jinqiancao granules. Result： Mangiferin was used as the reference peak,the common mode for the HPLC fingerprints was set up,with the similarities of the 10 batches ranging between 0. 961 and 0. 997. Altogether 20 common peaks in the chromatograms were found,of which 19 peaks were assigned to herbs. Conclusion： The method is sensitive,accurate and simple,and can be used for the quality control of Fufang Jinqiancao granules.
