住院患者医院感染现患率调查与分析

Investigation and analysis of prevalence rate of nosocomial infections in inpatients

目的调查医院住院患者感染发生、病原菌检出和抗菌药物使用情况,进一步加强医院感染预防与控制工作。方法以横断面调查方式分析医院2013年12月17日全部住院患者1 157例的感染发生现状,对调查结果进行汇总分析,数据采用SPSS 17.0软件进行统计分析。结果实查患者1 154例,医院感染50例、53例次,医院感染现患率4.3%、例次感染率为4.6%,医院感染主要感染部位为下呼吸道、上呼吸道,分别占22.6%、39.6%,共检出病原菌28株,以革兰阴性菌为主,共18株占64.3%。结论医院感染现患率调查可有效反映医院感染情况及其相关因素,为有效控制医院感染提供科学依据。

OBJECTIVE To investigate the present situation of nosocomial infections,pathogen detection and the use of antibacterial drugs in hospital inpatients,so as to further strengthen the prevention and control of nosocomial infections.METHODS In the cross-sectional survey,investigation and analysis was performed on the infection status of 1 157 inpatients in our hospital on Dec.17,2013.The survey results were summarized and data were statistically analyzed by software SPSS 17.0.RESULTS The case number of actual investigation in patients was1 154 cases,there were 50 cases and 53case-times of nosocomial infections,the prevalence rate and the case-time infection rate were 4.3%and 4.6%.The main infection sites of nosocomial infections were lower respiratory tract and upper respiratory tract,accounting for 22.6% and 39.6%.A total of 28 pathogenic strains were detected,mainly including 18 strains of gram-negative bacteria accounting for 64.3%.CONCLUSION Nosocomial infection prevalence can effectively reflect the situation of nosocomial infections and its related factors and provide scientific basis for effective control.
