摘要
目的研究酸性氧化电位水对内分泌科留置导尿患者尿路感染的预防效果,为临床治疗提供理论依据。方法选择2014年1月-2015年5月在医院行留置导尿的患者120例,将患者随机分为研究组和对照组,每组各60例,研究组患者采用酸性氧化电位水棉签进行会阴消毒,对照组患者采用0.5%聚维酮碘棉签进行会阴消毒,比较两组患者不良反应发生率、尿道感染率及炎性因子水平。结果干预后,研究组患者的不良反应发生率为13.33%,明显低于对照组的68.33%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),干预10d时,研究组患者的炎性因子水平明显低于对照组患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),干预3d时,两组患者尿路感染率比较差异无统计学意义,干预7、10d时,研究组患者的尿路感染率明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论酸性氧化电位水能够有效降低留置尿管患者尿路感染的发生率,且具有较好的安全性和临床使用效果。
OBJECTIVE To observe the effect of electrolyzed oxidizing water on prevention of urinary tract infections in catheter indwelling patients of endocrinology department so as to provide theoretical basis for the clinical treatment.METHODS A total of 120 patients who underwent the indwelling catheterization in the hospital from Jan2014 to May 2015 were enrolled in the study and randomly divided into the study group and the control group,with 60 cases in each.The study group was treated with electrolyzed oxidizing water cotton swab for perineal disinfection,and the control group was given 0.5% povidone iodine cotton swab for perineal disinfection.The incidence of adverse reactions,incidence of urinary tract infections,and levels of inflammatory factors were observed and compared between the two groups of patients.RESULTS The incidence of adverse reactions of the study group was13.33% after the intervention,significantly lower than 68.33% of the control group,and there was significant difference(P〈0.05).The levels of inflammatory factors of the study group were significantly lower than those of the control group on Day 10 of intervention,and there was significant difference(P〈0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of urinary tract infections between the two groups of patients on Day 3of intervention;the incidence of urinary tract infections was significantly lower in the study group than in the control group on Day 7and 10 of intervention,and there was significant difference(P〈0.05).CONCLUSION The electrolyzed oxidizing water can effectively reduce the incidence of urinary tract infections in the catheter indwelling patients and achieve significant clinical effect,with the safety high.
