摘要
目的对比研究夜间急诊手术器械预处理方法的改进效果,以期提高夜间急诊手术器械的清洗质量。方法收集医院2014年1-12月收治的夜间急诊患者使用后的手术器械480件,将2014年1-6月收治的夜间急诊患者使用后手术器械240件作为对照组,2014年7-12月收治的夜间急诊患者使用后手术器械240件为观察组;对照组器械不采取任何预处理方法,观察组采用ADM预处理机结合即效泡沫多酶清洁剂对器械进行预处理,次日两组器械全部放入清洁机内清洗,应用目测法与ATP生物荧光检测法比较两组手术器械清洗质量;采用SPSS17.0软件对数据进行统计分析。结果观察组目测法与ATP生物荧光检测法测得的器械合格率分别为90.83%和89.17%,明显高于对照组的79.17%和69.17%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论应用ADM预处理机结合即效泡沫多酶清洁剂对夜间急诊手术器械进行预处理,可以明显提高手术器械的清洗质量。
OBJECTIVE To compare the effects of pretreatment methods on improvement of surgical instruments for night emergency so as to improve the cleaning quality of the surgical instruments.METHODS A total of 480 surgical instruments that were used for the night emergency from Jan 2014 to Dec 2014 were collected and divided into the control group with 240 surgical instruments(from Jan 2014 to Jun 2014)and the observation group with 240 surgical instruments(from Jul 2014 to Dec 2014).The control group was not treated with any pretreatment,while the observation group was treated with ADM pretreatment machine combined with use-activated foam multienzyme detergent for the pretreatment,and the two groups of instruments were cleaned with the cleaning machine by the next day.The cleaning quality of the surgical instruments was observed and compared between the two groups by means of the visual inspection and ATP bioluminescence assay,and the statistical analysis of data was performed with the use of SPSS17.0software.RESULTS The qualified rate of the instruments of the observation group was 90.83% by the visual inspection method,significantly higher than 79.17% of the control group;the qualified rate of the instruments of the observation group was 89.17% by the ATP bioluminescence assay,significantly higher than 69.17% of the control group(P〈0.05).CONCLUSION The ADM pretreatment machine combined with use-activated foam multi-enzyme detergents,as is used for the pretreatment of the surgical instruments for night emergency,can significantly improve the cleaning quality of the surgical instruments.
