红纱条最佳干热灭菌参数的研究 被引量:3

Optimal parameters of dry heat sterilization of red gauges

摘要 目的研究不同层数红纱条在不同干热灭菌参数下的灭菌效果和红纱条的性状,制定红纱条制作的标准程序。方法分别选择50、100、150层的红纱条在130、135、140、150、160℃下,干热灭菌60、90、120min,置于红纱条中心位置的生物指示剂菌片培养结果,观察朱红膏在纱布中的浸润情况和红纱条的性状。结果 50层红纱条经160℃60min的干热灭菌后生物指示剂菌片培养结果全部为阴性,而且红纱条中朱红膏浸润良好,纱布无过度干燥现象。结论制作红纱条选择50层160℃60min的干热灭菌参数可保障红纱条达到灭菌效果,并达到节能、环保和降低职业危害风险的目标。 OBJECTIVE To observe the sterilization effects of different layers of red gauges under different parameters of dry heat sterilization and the properties of the red gauges so as to formulate the standard procedures for development of red gauges.METHODS The 50-layer,100-layer,and 150-layer red gauges were respectively treated with dry heat sterilization for 60,90,and 120 min under 130,135,140,150,and 160 ℃.Biological indicator strips were positioned in the center of the red gauges to acquire the culture results,and the Zhuhong ointment′s infiltration into the red gauges and their properties were observed.RESULTS All of the biological indicator strips were cultured negative after the dry heat sterilization of the 50-layer red gauges for 60 min under 160 ℃,and the Zhuhong ointment′s infiltration into the red gauges was favorable, without the gauzes excessively dry.CONCLUSION The sterilization effect of the 50-layer red gauges can be achieved by setting the dry heat parameters as 160 ℃ and 60 min,which may meet the goals of energy conservation,environmental protection,and reduction of risk of occupational hazards.
