消癌解毒方对胆囊癌患者细胞增殖及凋亡的影响

Influence of XiaoAi JieDu Prescription on Cellular Proliferation and Apoptosis of the Patients Suffering from Gallbladder Carcinoma

目的:探讨消癌解毒方治疗胆囊癌与Ki67基因、Fas基因表达的关系。方法:将46例原发性胆囊癌患者随机分为对照组23例和治疗组23例。治疗组口服消癌解毒方和化疗药物,2次/d;对照组入院后仅使用化疗药物,剂量与治疗组一致。2组患者均连续治疗6周,治疗后进行手术,术中均取瘤体。用免疫组化SP法检测肿瘤组织中Ki67、Fas基因的表达水平。结果:治疗组胆囊癌患者组织Fas阳性率明显高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组Ki67的阳性表达率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:消癌解毒方可抑制胆囊癌细胞的增殖,促进癌细胞凋亡,这可能是消癌解毒方治疗原发性胆囊癌的作用机制。

Objective： To investigate the correlation between XiaoAi JieDu prescription in treating gallbladder carcinoma and the expressions of Ki67 gene and Fas gene. Methods： All 46 patients were randomly divided into the control group and the treatment group. The treatment group took Xiao Ai Jie Du prescription and chemotherapy drugs,twice per day; the control group took chemotherapy drugs after hospitalized, and the doses were identical with the treatment group. Both groups were treated for six consective weeks, and accepted the surgery to remove the tumor,the expressions of Ki67 gene and Fas gene in the tissue of the tumor were detected by immunohistochemical SP method. Results： The treatment group was higher than the control group significantly in Fas positive rate（P〈0.05）;lower than the control group in Ki67 positive expression rate（P〈0.05）. Conclusion： XiaoAi JieDu prescription could inhibit the proliferation of gallbladder carcinoma cells and promote the apoptosis of cancer cells, which might be the mechanism of XiaoAi JieDu prescription in treating gallbladder carcinoma.
