心电图ST-T改变与血脂水平的相关性分析

Analysis on the Relativity between the Level of Blood Lipid and ST-T Changes of ECG

目的:探讨无症状高血压ST-T改变与血脂的关系。方法:以无症状高血压患者为调查对象,分静息心电图正常组(116例)和ST-T改变异常组(140例),检测2组体检者的血糖、血脂水平。结果:心电图正常组与ST-T改变异常组相比,ST-T改变者血清总胆固醇水平明显升高(P<0.05),而高密度脂蛋白水平则明显降低(P<0.05)。结论:在无症状高血压患者中,相对较高的总胆固醇水平促使或加重心肌缺血,而高密度胆固醇对心肌有保护作用。

Objective： To survey the relativity between asymptomatic hypertension ST-T changes and blood lipid. Methods： The patients with asymptomatic hypertension were taken as the investigators, randomized into resting ECG normal group（116 cases） and abnormal changes group of ST-T（140 cases） respectively, to detect the levels of blood glucose and blood lipid of both groups. Results： When ECG normal group was compared with abnormal changes group of ST-T, the levels of total cholesterol in the patients with ST-T changes increases obviously（P〈0.05）,while the levels of high density lipoprotein（HDL） decreased significantly（P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Higher level of TC could promote the patients suffering from asymptomatic hypertension or aggravate ischemia myocardial, while HDL could protect cardiac muscle.
