服务型党组织建设视角下高校党风廉政建设路径研究

Path Construction of the Honest and Clean Government in the Perspective of Service Oriented Party Organization

党风廉政建设作为高校党建的重要内容,已经成为高校服务型党组织建设的重要途径,而服务型党组织建设是高校党风廉政建设的重要价值取向。高校党风廉政建设与高校服务型党组织建设之间具有内在关联性,党风廉政建设理应受到高校重视和积极落实。当前高校党风廉政建设工作与服务型党组织的建设要求还有一段距离。因此,高校应主动适应服务型党组织建设的要求,以"三严三实"专题教育活动为契机,以从严治党与依法依规治党为根本,从党风廉政建设的价值取向、内容体系、方式途径、主体素质、环境营造与考核督导机制等方面,建构高校党风廉政建设长效机制。

As an important content of the Party building, honesty and high quality construction has become an important way to build the service oriented Party organizations in colleges and universities. Therefore, they both have a lot of inherent relevance, and the construction of the clean government should be emphasized and implemented. At present, they are still not the same. So, colleges and universities should take the initiative to adapt to it, and develop a long-term mechanism from ways, content, the main quality, environment, and supervision and evaluation mechanism.
