本文描述了自助餐厅的定位和分类,针对不同类型的自助餐厅单元进行划分并详细地描述,对各个作业单位的面积分配建立模型分析,并对餐厅的布局规划的原则和方法进行探讨。为自助餐厅的布局规划提供了一个科学参考依据。
