摘要
以20亿m^3/a煤制天然气(SNG)项目为基础,分析了该项目的流程优化、规模优势及生产工艺各环节的节能措施,为同类项目的发展提供了借鉴。该项目生产规模水平优于同类项目,符合煤制天然气装置大型化和规模化的发展要求;单位产品综合能耗满足《煤制天然气单位产品能源消耗限额》(GB 30179—2013)规定的先进值要求。
Based on 2 billion m3/a coal-based synthetic natural gas (SNG) project, an analysis is made of the process optimization, scale advantage and energy conservation measures of each link of the production process of the project, it provides a reference for the development of similar projects. The production scale and level of the project are superior to similar projects, it meets the requirements of large scale development of coal-based synthetic natural gas; comprehensive energy consumption per unit product can satisfy the advanced value demands specified by "The norm of energy consumption per unit product from coal to synthetic natural gas" (GB 30179--2013).
