摘要
针对离子交换+混床和反渗透+混床精制脱盐水生产工艺的特点,从投资、使用、运行成本、原水水质等方面进行论证对比。经综合评估得出:原水水质电导率<500μS/cm时,离子交换+混床工艺占优势,宜采用双室浮动床离子交换水处理工艺;原水水质电导率越大(>600μS/cm),反渗透法工艺占优势,宜采用反渗透+混床水处理工艺。
Based on characteristics of production processes of refined desalted water by ion exchange + mixed bed and reverse osmosis + mixed bed, a comparative study is carried out in terms of investment, use, operating cost, raw water quality, etc. After comprehensive assessment, it is concluded that when electrical conductivity of initial water is less than 500 μS/cm, the ion exchange + mixed bed process shows an advantage, and it is suitable to adopt double-chamber floating bed ion exchange water treatment process; when electrical conductivity of initial water is higher ( 〉 600 μS/ cm), the reverse osmosis process is in a dominant position, and it is suitable to adopt reverse osmosis + mixed bed water treatment process.
