蒽醌法过氧化氢生产新工艺的工业应用

摘要 针对原蒽醌法过氧化氢生产装置存在产能低的问题,采用在工作液中添加2-甲基环己基醋酸酯、选用新型高活性和高选择性催化剂并对关键设备及内件进行改造,使装置产能由35 kt/a提高至60 kt/a。改造后的运行结果表明,氢化效率基本稳定在8.30 g/L左右,过氧化氢质量分数在27.5%以上,日产量平均在190 t以上,其各项主要消耗指标均达到或超过国内先进水平。 In connection with low production capacity problem of original hydrogen peroxide production unit by anthraquinone method, a renovation is carried out that 2-methyl cyclohexyl acetate is added to working solution, new type catalyst with high activity and high selectivity is selected and used and key equipment and internals are improved, increasing the capacity of the unit from 35 kt/a to 60 kt/a. Operation results after revamp show that hydrogenation efficiency is basically stabilized at about 8.30 g/L, mass fraction of hydrogen peroxide is above 27.5% , average daily production is above 190 t, each major consumption index reaches or exceeds domestic advanced level.
