摘要
采用XRD和SEM表征了合成2,6-二甲基苯酚的催化剂样品,考察了改性剂、原料配比、反应温度、空速对催化剂性能的影响。在反应温度300℃,液体空速为0.45-0.5,原料配比n(苯酚):n(甲醇):n(水)=1:5:1条件下,苯酚转化率达99.92%,生成2,6-二甲基苯酚选择性为95.49%。实验结果表明:该催化化剂有良好的抗烧结性,具有反应温度低、活性及选择性高、稳定性好等优良性能,并有工业化应用前景。
As- synthesized 2,6- xylenol in the non- precious metal catalyst samples were Characterized by XRD,SEM and BET. The influence of the reaction conditions( catalyst composition,the raw material molar ratio,temperature and LHSV) on the reactivity,selectivity of the reaction were investigated. Phenol conversion of 99. 92% and selectivity of 2,6- xylenol to 95. 49% were obtained under 295 - 310℃,LHSV of 0. 45 - 0. 5h- 1,n( phenol) : n( methanol) : n( water) =1: 5: 1,LHSV of 0. 45 - 0. 5 h- 1. The catalyst remained stable in property with no coke deposition and coking.Experimental results showed the catalyst exhibited high activity and selectivity. It was also usable with good stability.
