氰化钠法合成高品质HIDA的工艺研究

摘要 HIDA是一种氨羧类螯合剂,本文介绍了它的合成方法。合成原料为一乙醇胺,氰化钠,甲醛,氢氧化钠等,通过工艺条件的优化,确定了最佳的反应条件:合成阶段:一乙醇胺与氰化钠,甲醛,氢氧化钠投料比例为1:2.20:2.20:0.05,反应温度为70-80℃,反应时间为4-5h。后处理阶段:得到的碱解液用硫酸酸化至p H值为1.5,降温至10℃抽滤,产品洗涤后烘干。实验结果:产品液相纯度为99.6%,NTA含量为0.5%,收率为86.6%。 HIDA is a kind of ammonia carboxy chelating agent,its synthesis method has been introduced in this paper,raw materials is ethanol amine,sodium cyanide,formaldehyde,sodium hydroxide,etc.,through the optimization of process conditions,the best reaction conditions are determined: Synthetic stage: ethanol amine and sodium cyanide,formaldehyde and sodium hydroxide feeding ratio 1: 2. 20: 2. 20: 0. 05,the reaction temperature is 70 - 80℃,The reaction time is 4 to 5h. Post- processing stage: the alkaline hydrolysis fluid acidification with sulfuric acid to p H = 1. 5,suction filtration after cool down to 10 ℃,after washing and drying the product can be obtained. Results: the purity of product is more than 97%,yield is 86. 6%.
