高效液相色谱法测定液体肥料中水杨酸的含量

Determination of Salicylic Acid in Liquid Fertilizer by High Performance Liquid Chromatography

水杨酸是一种重要的植物激素,近年来它被广泛添加于液体肥料中,来达到肥料增效的目的,但对于液体肥料中水杨酸含量的测定方法尚未见报道。本文建立了一种简单、快速的液相色谱方法来准确定量液体肥料中水杨酸的含量。方法平均加标回收率99.91%,RSD为0.245%,线性良好(R2=0.9999)。结果表明,本方法适用于液体肥料中水杨酸含量的测定。

Salicylic acid is an important kind of plant hormone,it has been widely used in liquid fertilizer to improve its effect. But there is no research reporting the method of determination of salicylic acid in liquid fertilizer. This article established a kind of simple and quick method to detect the content of salicylic acid in liquid fertilizer. The average recovery of the method was 99. 91%,RSD was 0. 245%. The calibration curve showed good linearity（ R2= 0. 9999）. The results show that this method applies to detect the content of salicylic acid in liquid fertilizer.
