摘要
针对K型热电偶在温度测量中得到的是电压信号而非温度值的问题,采用最小二乘支持向量机的建模方法对热电偶的分度表进行拟合,得到其测量温度与电压之间的数学模型。通过调整模型参数,测试数据的绝对误差均值低于0.1℃,表明模型有良好的预测精度。将得到的模型用于加油站地面池火火灾实验,测量火焰中心和距火焰1米外的温度,得到了良好的结果,表明了本方法的有效性。
Instead of using the voltage signals in temperature measurements,modeling method for type K thermocouple based on least square support vector machines( LSSVM) is proposed. Reference table is used in modeling and testing to get the mathmatic relationship between the temperature and the voltage. The mean value of the test data absolute errors is below0. 1℃ by adjusting the model parameters. This indicate that the model has good prediction accuracy. Then,This model is used in gasoline station pool fire temperature measurement experiment. Accurate data of temperature at both the center and the spot a meter away from the center are obtained,which shows the validity of the proposed model.
