聚酯聚合装置的安全控制与防爆浅析

摘要 分析了聚酯聚合装置发生爆炸的原因,即在系统停车检修降温过程中,乙醛气体混入氧气,在高于200℃时达到爆炸极限。由此提出防爆安全控制的措施:在停车过程中,酯化、终缩聚釜进行充氮气保护;使用EPTA此类含醋酸高的原料,工艺塔的螺栓必须使用316L不锈钢。 It is to analyze the explosion of the polyester polymerization device,that is Acetaldehyde gas mixed with the oxygen,which reached to the explosion limitation at the temperature higner than 200 ℃ during the cooling and maintenance of the system. According to this I mentioned the method of the safety control of the explosion- proof: nitrogen is filled into the esterification and The final polycondensation tank for protection during system stopping; using the EPTA material which has High content of acetic acid,the bolts in the process tower must be 316 L stainless.
