摘要
设计了一种新型天然气冲天炉富氧燃烧器,并建立物理模型和数学模型。利用CFD软件fluent模拟了不同甲烷喷入量和过量空气系数对燃烧室最高温度、体积平均温度、出口平均温度等的影响规律,为今后相关燃烧器设计工作提供理论依据。
In this paper,an oxygen- enriched natural gas burner was designed and its physical and mathematical models were set up. The CFD software fluent was used to research the relationship of different amount of methane and different excess air ratios on the maximum temperature of the combustion chamber,volume average temperature and the outlet average temperature. The results provide theoreticalbasis for the design of relevant burner in the future.
