Application of HACCP in the Supervision to Hazardous Chemicals Export Enterprises

为保证出口危险化学品的质量安全,本研究应用HACCP原理对出口危险化学品生产企业监管的全过程进行危害分析,确定显著危害以及企业人员资质、生产工艺、储存变性、危险化学品包装和运输企业管理5个关键控制点,在关键控制点上设立关键限值,进行重点监控、记录、纠偏和验证,从而保证出口危险化学品的安全生产。

Apply the HACCP principal to conduct hazard analysis on the full processing path of hazardous chemicals export enterprises and to confirm its obvious harms and five critical control points,such as enterprise personnel qualification,production technology,degeneration in storage,hazardous chemicals packaging and metal detection. The critical limits were established at the critical control points to conduct focal monitoring,record,modification and verification,as to further guarantee the safety of hazardous chemicals export enterprises.
