With the promotion of in-depth reform of China＇s medical and healthcare system and the incorporation of Biopharm into the national strategic emerging industry system, China＇s biopharm industry is now facing the critical opportunity to speed up development and optimize industry structure. In recent years, Changzhou government is constantly reinforcing investment on biopharm sector, supporting the industry development with policies and capital. In this article, the development of Changzhou biopharm industry was comprehensively summarized from the aspects of industry overview, industry structure, industry layout, innovation capability, capital management and talent program. The existing problems were also analyzed and promoting measures proposed.
