Latest technological progress of foreign PVC industry

对国外近期有关PVC生产技术的专利文献进行了归纳总结,包括:1不用电生产电石;2用可再生原料生产氯乙烯;3氯气与乙烷裂解生产氯乙烯;4直接氯化法生产氯乙烯;5分步加氯乙烯进行氯乙烯水相悬浮聚合;6氯乙烯-醋酸乙烯酯共聚物的制备;7使用一种助分散剂来提高PVC的质量和产能;8优良的终止剂、稳定剂、阻燃抑烟剂及增塑剂;9废PVC等塑料的再利用。指出:世界PVC工业还在不断发展中,关于PVC生产技术的研究与创新从未停止,PVC工业仍具有广阔的发展前景。

Patent literature on the latest technological progress of foreign PVC industry was summarized,including the followings： ① producing calcium carbide without electricity; ②producing vinyl chloride from renewable rawmaterials; ③ producing vinyl chloride from the pyrolysis of chlorine and ethane; ④ producing vinyl chloride by direct chlorination; ⑤ the aqueous suspension polymerization of vinyl chloride by batch addition of vinyl chloride;⑥ preparation of vinyl chloride-vinyl acetate copolymer;⑦ improving the quality and production capacity by using a kind of secondary dispersant; 8 excellent terminator,stabilizer,flame retardant and smoke suppressive agent,and plasticizer; 9 the utilization of waste plastics,such as PVC. It was indicated that world PVC industry was still being in the process of developing,research and innovation about PVC production technologies were never ceased,and the prospects of PVC industry were bright.
