分析了目前PVC制品用原材料常见掺杂、假冒现象,介绍了包括X荧光光谱法在内的多种PVC制品用原材料检测方法,提出了通过加强原材料检测设备配置与检验人员业务能力的培养,并根据质量管理原则建立与供方的互利合作关系,以控制目前常见的PVC制品用原材料掺杂、假冒现象。

The current common adulterations and counterfeitings of raw materials for PVC products were analyzed. Some methods such as X-ray fluorescence spectrometry for detection of raw materials for PVC products were introduced. The adulterations and counterfeitings of raw materials for PVC products could be controlled by enhancing instruments for detection of raw materials,strengthening cultivation of inspectors＇ skill,and establishing mutually beneficial cooperation with suppliers on the basis of quality management principles.
