摘要
介绍了用于PVC生产的汽提塔加料槽制作过程中不锈钢接管与低合金钢复合板的异种钢焊接工艺,对异种钢焊接的难点进行了分析,并提出了相应的解决方案,保证了焊接质量。
The welding process of stainless connecting tubes with low-alloy steel composite plates during the manufacturing of stripper feed tanks for PVC production was introduced. D ifficulties in dissimilar steel welding were analyzed,and corresponding solutions were put forw ard to ensure the welding quality.
