基于安全容许速度的雨天公路可变限速方法

Variable Speed Limit Method Based on Safe Permissible Speed Under Wet Weather

为合理确定降雨等不利气象条件下高速公路安全限速要求,提出基于安全容许速度的雨天公路可变限速控制策略,将安全容许速度定义为道路综合环境所能提供的最大安全车速,即道路线形所能提供的安全车速与道路环境状况所能提供的安全车速中的较小者;构建了综合考虑道路线形、道路环境、视距、路面状态因素的安全容许速度确定模型;基于安全容许速度,给出了降雨气象条件下可变限速标志的设置方法,为降雨等不利气象条件下确保行车安全的高速公路可变限速值选取提供了依据。研究结果表明:基于安全容许速度的雨天公路可变限速方法能够克服静态限速方法存在的不足,提高路段的运行效率和安全性。

In order to determine reasonably the expressway safety speed limit requirements under unfavorable climate conditions,such as rainfall,variable speed limit control strategy under wet weather based on safe permissible speed was proposed.Safe permissible speed was defined as the maximum safe speed which the road integrated environment can provide.It was the less one of safe speed provided by the road alignment and the environmental conditions.The safe permissible speed determination model was established considering the road alignment,road environment,horizon,road status and other factors.Based on safe permissible speed,the setting method of variable speed limit signs in rainfall weather was presented to provide a basis for selecting the expressway variable speed limit value in wet weather.The results show that variable speed limit method under wet weather based on safe permissible speed can overcome the limitations of static speed limit method and enhance the expressway traffic efficiency and safety.
