摘要
调速系统动态特性影响电力系统的安全稳定运行,调速系统模型参数误差评价对提高电力系统仿真准确度具有重要意义。基于实测数据的混合仿真是验证模型参数准确性的有效手段,为克服商业仿真软件注入数据受限之不足,研究了控制系统解耦实现方法,开发了以转速差作为注入数据的调速系统模块级混合仿真程序;通过分析调速系统的一般响应特性,提出了基于分段加权相似度的误差评价方法,利用所研发的混合仿真程序实现了调速系统模型参数误差评价。采用某地区4台机组扰动场景下的PMU数据,验证了调速系统模型参数误差评价方法的有效性。
The dynamic characteristics of governors influence the safety and stability of power system operation,governor's model parameters errors evaluation is an important task for improving the accuracy of power system simulation.Hybrid simulation based on filed measurement data is an effective measure to verify model parameters. To overcome the limitation of inputting data in commercial simulation software,the decouple method of control system was researched and governor's hybrid simulation program was developed. In addition,the general response characteristics of governors were analyzed,and a segment weighted similarity calculation method was presented. Then the errors evaluation on governor models' parameters was implemented by using the developed hybrid simulation program. Finally,the effectiveness of the proposed evaluation method was verified by using the PMU data of four units' governor under different disturbances.
