自顶向下设计在大型风力发电机设计中的应用

Application of Top-down Method in Large-scale Wind Turbine Design

摘要 根据风力发电机研发周期短、设计质量要求高的特点,文章将自顶向下的设计方法运用于大型风力发电机的设计。该方法通过定义设计意图、建立骨架模型、共享数据和参数化建模,实现了风机产品各部分的并行设计,并有效提高了产品的可修改性。实验证明该方法缩短设计周期30%以上。 Based on the short cycle and the high design quality characteristic of wind turbine research and development, the topdown design method is applied to the design of large-scale wind turbine. The method implements concurrent design of the product by defining the design intent, setting up the skeleton model, sharing data and parameterizing modeling, then effectively improves the modifiability of products. Experiments prove that the method shortens the design cycle for about 30%.
