摘要 老化是舰载武器装备上的材料、电子设备发生失效或性能退化的主要因素。加速老化试验属于可靠性试验范畴,是评价产品寿命和预测产品退化趋势的主要方式之一。在分析舰载武器服役环境和出现的老化问题的基础上,利用Peck加速模型和基于性能退化数据的评估方法,提出了一种温度-湿度两应力加速老化试验方法,并给出了应用算例。 Aging is a primary factor which can cause failure or degeneration product on carrier based weapon. Accelerated-aging-testing belongs to a kind a primary method to evaluate product life and forecast degeneration trend. using environment and arisen problems of carrier-based Weapons, making use and an evaluation method based on product capability degeneration data, an of material and electronic of reliability testing, is On the basis of analyzing of Peck accelerated model accelerated aging testing method based on the factors of temperature and humidity is put forward in this paper, and an example is adduced at the same time.
