低水头水电站电力设备环境适应性分析

摘要 以马迹塘水电站为对象,开展了低水头水电站电力设备环境适应性的初步调查,分析了低水头库区环境及其对电力设备的影响,调查发现库区电力设备主要存在金属导线腐蚀、防护套老化、焊接点腐蚀、电源容量降低等问题。针对普遍出现的镀锌层严重腐蚀以及浅度基体锈点或锈斑、直流电源等多发故障问题,提出了改进环境适应性的对策。 Taking Majitang hydropower station as an example, this paper carried out the investigation about the environmental adaptability of electrical equipments in low water head hydropower station. And it analyzed the environment around it and the influence on the electrical equipments. Through the investigation, it found that there are some problems existing in the electrical equipments, including plain conductor corrosion, protecting cover aging, soldering point corrosion, and power capacity reduction, etc. Aiming at the zinc coating and shallow layer corrosion, and high rate of direct current main failure, the corresponding countermeasure is proposed to the environmental adaptability.
